What we collect

When you use our forms, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone if you add it, business name, state, county, city, what you sell, your website and social links, how you sell, markets and any description or note. We also keep basic technical details, like your IP address, for a short time to stop spam.

How we use it

We use your info to add, update or remove your listing, or to follow up about a website if you asked. Your submission is emailed to the person who runs the directory so it can be reviewed by hand. The business details you choose to share, such as your business name, city, what you sell and your public links, may appear in your listing. Your email and phone appear only if you ask us to show them.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't add you to a mailing list. We never publish home addresses.

Listings from public information

Some listings were built from information businesses already share in public, such as their website or social media. If one is yours, you can claim it from its page to update it, or ask us to remove it.

Owner accounts and claims

If you claim a listing, we create an account tied to your email. We use that email to send you sign-in links (there's no password) and to tell you about your claim. Sign-in links work once and expire after 20 minutes. We keep a small sign-in cookie on your device for up to 30 days so you stay signed in.

If the email you use matches the email shown on the listing, you can confirm your claim right away. Otherwise, the person who runs the directory reviews your claim by hand and may contact you to confirm you own the business. We keep a record of claims and listing edits so we can fix mistakes and stop abuse.

Removal and deletion requests

Owners can hide their listing anytime from their account. To remove a listing or ask us to delete your account or the info you sent, use the removal form. We usually handle requests within a few days.

Service providers

This site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare, and form and sign-in emails are sent through Resend. They process data only to run those services. If we add Google Analytics later to count visits, we'll update this page.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect info from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
